Accessing the Account Owner's Account

Sometimes, you may need more than one team member to utilize the features in the Account Owner profile. The Account Owner will then grant other team members access to impersonate their account with different roles and permissions.

If you do have access to the Account Owner's profile:

1. Login to your own Gremlin Social Account

2. Hover over your username and select Use Gremlin Social As: (Account Owner's username will be listed). Click on their username.

3. You will then see your user name as your Account Owner's username and at what permission level. You will also see their dashboard and have menu items in their My Tools menu for their account.

The role you're listed as determines which features you will be able to access.
