Can Content Be Used To Comment or Reply to Customers?

At the moment, the Content Library is used for sending pre-approved outgoing posts and not comments and replies. 

You can create Content Folders for canned comments and replies, and the end user can copy the text of the content either into the comment section of the post they're responding to in the dashboard, or in a Twitter reply.
