Can I Change User Roles at Any Time?

You can change a team member's Gremlin role at any time. This is done in the Account Owner's Gremlin account.

1. From the My Tools menu, go to Manage Groups then click the "Manage Group Access" tab.

2. Here, you will see a list of all team members that are currently assigned to a Group. You can search for a specific team member by entering their name in the blank white box above the User column.

3. Then, where you see the user's current role, select the dropdown and choose the new role you'd like the user to have. The page will then refresh and the role will automatically be saved for that user.
