What is a Parent Group?

A Parent Group, is a Group that oversees another (Child) Group. Because each team member can be a part of only one Group at a time, this is beneficial if you need multiple SuperAdmins or Admins to have the ability to moderate team members in multiple groups.

For example: If you have a Marketing Group with team members at varying levels and a Loan Officer Group also with team members at varying levels and you need another team member, such as someone from the Compliance department, to be the Admin of both of those Groups, you will put that Admin in a Compliance Group and make the Compliance Group a Parent of both Marketing and Loan Officers.
